Total Martial Arts is dedicated to offering hull and surrounding areas the best in Martial arts, Self Defence, MMA and fitness, for all the family.

Realistic No Nonsense Self Defence, do you want to learn how to defeat a larger stronger opponent? At Total Martial Arts Hull our self defence program will teach you how to deal with a much stronger larger opponent.

You will learn about multiple attack situations, statistics and our experience show that most attacks are in groups. Learn how to control the situation and become aware of your environment giving you a tactical advantage.

Learn what to do if you end up on the ground, learn how to get back to your feet with lightening speed while still controlling your opponent(s) and keeping yourself safe. We will teach you the psychology and mindset required to survive a street encounter. We will prepare your mind and body for life. Training self defence not only prepares you for the obvious protection against mindless thugs. Training at Total Martial Arts Hull will prepare your mind and body for all the stresses of modern daily life.
With regular training you will develop a warrior mindset and this helps to put things into perspective. You will develop self discipline and self respect and this will affect your life on many levels. Martial arts we believe is one of the greatest methods of personal self development on this planet, the effects are enormous and go way beyond the obvious striking and combat elements of martial arts.

SELF DEFENCE

Is a mixture of many styles that has be created in a way that tries to use the best of all to use in the physical exchanges that are normally seen in street fights, singular or multiple attacks.

KICKBOXING/THAI BOXING

These classes are fantastic for all round fitness.
While learning the techniques that we cover, you will/can  learning so much more.  Great fun too
